The City
Budget Officer performs the powers and duties of advising he
City Mayor on all budgetary matters and provides technical and
staff services to the City Mayor, Sangguniang Panlungsod and
other City Departments in the preparation of annual and
supplemental appropriation.
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Provides administrative support and services requirements of the
office; performs all aspect of administrative work as required.
BUDGET
REPORTS, PLANS AND PROGRAM DIVISION
Review and coordinates budget proposals for annual, supplemental
and special budgets of the general, infrastructures and special
education funds. Evaluates financial plans and requests for
allotments. Prepares advice of allotments, budget memoranda,
guidelines, regulations to implement local policy and national
guidelines on the use of funds.
ECONOMIC
BUDGET SERVICES AND BARANGAY BUDGET ASSISTANCE DIVISION
Conducts administrative review of the annual and supplemental
budgets of 98 barangays; provides periodic training and
technical assistance to barangay officials in the preparation
and implementation of barangay budgets. Submit for approval by
authorities concerned when determined to be in order.
GENERAL
AND SOCIAL BUDGET SERVICES DIVISION
Study, evaluate and recommend request for appropriation of
offices under economic services. Maintain subsidiary ledger of
appropriation and allotment for each office and projects.
Evaluate work and financial plans, request release of allotment.
BUDGET
CONTROL DIVISION
Evaluate and examine all disbursement vouchers, RIV's, PR's and
PO's and card and verify availability of appropriation, |
