The City
Human Resource Management Officers is directly responsible for
the operations and accomplishment of the office in all areas of
human resource administration and management.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Responsible for actions taken on routed communications;
exercises control of financial, supplies resources of the office
and the disposition and safekeeping of the same; prepares
regular payroll and voucher payment; procures supplies, spare
parts, POL products and other office equipment.
EMPLOYMENT
STANDARDS AND PLACEMENT DIVISION
Responsible for the publication of vacant positions in the city
government; evaluates and selects candidates for employment and
promotion; prepares appointment, plantilla and personnel
profiles and reports,
EMPLOYEE
RELATIONS & DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
Responsible for establishing career development, plans and
programs; facilitate management information and services;
coordinates implementation of Performance Evaluation System;
reviews existing organizational structure of the city offices
based on requirements to effect changes.
EMPLOYEE
BENEFITS & ASSISTANCE DIVISION
Responsible for all personnel transaction, such as leave
applications, processing of employee leave benefits claim.
Prepares statistical data on causes of absences and review leave
credits and issues certifications pertaining to leave matters.
PERSONNEL
TRANSACTION DIVISION
Takes charge in the documentation and classification of records,
201 files and disposition of the same. Performs reproduction of
documents and mimeographing activity. Handles the preparation of
employee compensation schedule and benefits, such as loyalty pay
and salary adjustments; reviews payrolls and vouchers on payment
of employees service record profiles and reviews compensation
service requirements for loans |
