The City
Legal Officer serves as the chief Legal Adviser of the city;
represents the city in all civil cases and gives written opinion
when requested. Institute and prosecute a suit in the interest
of the city upon any breach of contract or violation thereof.
LEGAL
ASSISTANCE DIVISION
Conduct legal research activities and provides legal
advice/opinion when sought by the City Mayor and/of the
Sangguniang Panglungsod. Draft ordinances, contracts, leases and
other instruments involving the interest and properties of the
city government.
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Provides administrative support and services requirements of the
office; performs all aspect of administrative work as required.
Performs supply management function and maintains and updates
the master index and profile of official gazette and SCRA's. |
