The City
Mayor as Chief Executive of the City Government, exercises such
powers, duties and functions provided in the Local Government
Code and other pertinent laws.
PERSONAL
STAFF
Assist the Chief Executive on personal staff functions and
coordinates with other government agencies and the private
sectors on official matters as designated by the Mayor.
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Provides administrative support and services requirements of the
office; performs all aspect of administrative work as required.
PUBLIC
AFFAIRS & ASSISTANCE DIVISION
Assist and coordinates on various programs and projects of the
barangays, private organizations and community service-oriented
clubs where local Government support, participation or
assistance is required. Disseminates information about the
programs, activities and operations, accomplishments and plans
of the city government.
PERMIT &
LICENSES DIVISION
Processes, reviews and issues permits and/or licenses of all
business establishments and conducts periodic inspection of
business establishments to determine the nature and extent of
the business activity and tax payment made.
MAINTENANCE OF SPORTS COMPLEX, ATHLETIC FIELDS & PLAYGROUND
Administer and maintains the operation of the Assemblyman J. F.
Enriquez Complex; coordinates with sports association, schools
and civic organizations on sports development program.
TOURISM
PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DIVISION
Responsible for the implementation, coordination and promotion
of the tourism programs of the city, and handles all matters on
tourism activities and communications.
COMPUTER
SERVICES DIVISION
Maintains the Managements Information System (MIS) of the
office. |
