Mutya sa Dipolog Talent Night Host Edwin Opilac Personal Profile Mr. Edwin C. Opilac, also known as Jett Rocket, born in Manila and was a product of De La Salle University in Taft Avenue, Manila. Surprisingly, he never took any course related to his field, as he was a part of the terminal batch of La Salle’s College of Industrial Technology. He owes a big part of his communication skills to his excellent English teachers in school and reading comic books that he used to collect during his boyhood days and watching a lot of TV shows (especially cartoons) and movies. Jett spent most of his years as a broadcaster and music programmer, rubbing shoulders with popular veterans like Howlin’ Dave, Bob Magoo and Sleepy John. Fast forward to Dipolog; Jett has been the Station Manager of AA-925 for seven years now. That, aside from multi-tasking as the radio station’s Music Programmer, Producer, Program Supervisor and Production Head. |
